Security

We use PayPal to handle our credit card and check transactions. When you enter your payment and other personal information you are on PayPal's secure server, and we NEVER have access to your credit card information. PayPal has one of the most secure servers available.

Shipping

Generally, orders will be shipped FedEx or UPS within 24-48 hours unless backordered. If shipping to a Post Office box, shipping is through USPS. quality-custom-creations.com (dba Stellar E-Stores) reserves the right to change the method of shipment at our discretion.

Shipping is included in the price of each item. If the artisan offers a discount for ordering multiple items it will be noted on the product details page. Discounts are per artisan and per item and do not apply for the entire purchase if you purchase from more than one artisan. If the full discount cannot be automatically given upon checkout, the discount will be given as an automatic rebate to the method of payment used and the credit will be initiated upon experation of the return period. (for instance if you order 2 widgets, and the artisan offers a discount, you will see the reduced price in the drop down box and it will be given upon checkout. However, if you buy 2 widgets and 1 thingamajig, the discount on widgets will still be given automatically, but the discount on the thingamajig will be figured manually and credited upon experiation of the return period.)

Return and Exchange Policy

Return Form: A completed Return Form must be e-mailed or faxed to this site upon return of any item. You will receive an acknowledgement e-mail upon receipt of the Return Form. It is important that you send this form to us as once the return period has expired and we have paid the artisan, we will not make any refunds. Return & Exchange: Each artisan sets their own return and exchange policy, which may vary for each item sold. Please check the product detail page for the return and exchange policy for that item.

Proof of Return: If you return an item and the artisan states that he did not receive it, a refund will not be given unless you can proove the item was returned.

Incorrect Return: If you return an item that does not qualify for return per the return and exchange instructions on the product detail page and it is in original condition, it will be treated as a refused order as detailed below.

Refused Orders: There is a 25% Restocking Fee plus the actual cost of shipping charged for refused orders. If your order is refused, the restocking and shipping fee will be deducted prior to your payment being credited.

Items Damaged in Shipment: Items damaged in shipment will be handled through the insurance of the shipping method used.

We are dedicated to carrying only the highest quality items and maintaining attentive customer service. If we receive numerous negative comments about an item, then we will quit selling that item.
